A deployment of any size results in users interacting with your products and infrastructure over a period of time. This typically generates quite a bit of data, but how can you properly leverage the digital traces they leave behind? While there are a number of products and services that can report standard metrics, every business or service is different. I have expertise with large digital behavior data sets, and help clients gain the type of insight that can be used to grow their businesses, and help predict success.

With an interdisciplinary approach, I use my background as a researcher and media executive to create meaningful measures and dashboards that properly capture behavior. This helps businesses not only understand their customers or community, but it also helps inform important business decisions. Additionally, I have developed proprietary methods and models that can be readily applied to any distributed work environment, including virtual teamwork, tele-work, and online leadership.
